      <description>&lt;p&gt;I think so. There seems to be a split between the Nats who are still in the DA (those who didn&amp;#8217;t floor cross to the ANC) and the old time DP members. Helen Zille, the DA&amp;#8217;s mayoral candidate, and one of the DP camp, has put her weight behind the councillors who have been left off the DA electoral list, so I expect this to get sorted out soon.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
